Phase 2 - Keywords Research
After website analysis, our second step is keywords research for the website
A keyword, in the context of search engine optimization, is a particular word or phrase that describes the contents of a Web page. Keywords are intended to act as shortcuts that sum up an entire page. Keywords form part of a Web page’s metadata and help search engines match a page to with an appropriate search,
Step 1: Make a list of critical relevant topics & build your Initial keyword list
Firstly will analyze your whole website content topic correctly and based on that will search the keywords that will drive to your website, as much traffic consisting of your target audience as possible.
Step 2: Research related search terms.
In this step, we will search the keywords people might be searching about the same topic as yours in Google, and they we will get related search terms that appear when people plug in a keyword. Here Google will provide us suggestions for searches related to your topic or service etc.
Step 3: Check for a mix of head terms and long-tail keywords for the website.
In next step will choose a mix of head terms and long-tail terms because it'll give you a keyword strategy that's well balanced with long-term goals and short-term wins. That's because head terms are generally searched more frequently my people & we will choose both keywords for your website.
Step 4: Check Average monthly searches, Competition, etc
After checking monthly searches and competition for keywords will complete our keywords selection part to start working on them.
Phase 3- On-Page Optimization
Our 3rd step is going to be on-page optimization; in this, we are going to make all necessary on-page changes which needed to make a website search engine friendly. Examples of this include measures to optimize the content or improve the Meta tags, Sitemaps, robots, etc.

Meta Title: - Will create a unique Meta title using your primary keywords. The page title appears as the blue, bolded, underlined text on a Google search results page
Meta Description: - Will create a unique Meta description for all your web pages. The Meta description helps people decide whether to click on your result or a result above or below you.
Sitemaps:- A sitemap is a file where you can list the web pages of your site to tell Google and other search engines about the organization of your site content. Search engine web crawlers like Googlebot read this file to more intelligently crawl your site. So we will create all sitemaps for your website.
Alt tag/Text: - Will optimize the images (Alt & Title tag) as per targeted keywords.

Phase 4-Off-Page Optimization
Off-page optimization refers to all the measures that we use outside the website to improve its position in search rankings. The off-page helps us to create high-quality backlinks (incoming links) as possible to increase website ranking positions in Google.
